I love using bronzer especially in the Summer to warm up my face and neck. In the summer my body goes a lot darker than my face ( I wear SPF 40 on my face when lying in the sun), so I need to use bronzer to help match my face to my body. I had a tough time narrowing my favourites down, but I managed to limit it to five. These include everything from a matte contour shade, to a sheer glowy shade, to darker warmer shades.

Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Natural |
Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Natural- Link! This is a matte neutral toned bronzer (neither warm nor cool). I use it all over my face to warm up my complexion, applying it to the high points. I also blend this down my neck. Because it is a matte neutral toned shade, I can also use it to contour.

Guerlain Terracotta Sun Celebration Bronzing Powder & Blush |
Guerlain Terracotta Sun Celebration Bronzing Powder & Blush-
Link! This is my most recent bronzer purchase. It is a limited edition and was brought out to celebrate Guerlain's 30th anniversary. There are four segments in the compact - peach and pink blush shades, as well as a bronzer shade split into two separate segments. It's a very finely milled smooth powder, and has a gorgeous summer kind of beachy scent to it. I have sensitive skin & I am always worried that scented products will break me out, but this hasn't and I've been using it for about a month. It is a very warm toned bronzer. All the shades in the compact are matte, however it comes with a gold over-spray in the centre. This brushes away but some small amount of the gold shimmer is left behind. I have done a detailed review of this bronzer

Dior Skin Nude Tan in Amber 002 |
Dior Skin Nude Tan in Amber 002 Link! This bronzer has a warm golden undertone to it - it has micro glitter particles through it. However the bronzer does not look glittery once applied - it just leaves a lovely glow on the skin. It is a finely milled powder and it applies very smoothly.

I really like Hoola as well- The only reason I haven't been using it lately is cause I've had mine for years and years & it's really looking the worst for wear. I really have to pick up a new one :)
DeleteI've wanted that Dior bronzer for so long and I think I'm going to have to get it now that you've used the word 'glow' - it sucks me in every time, haha! :)
