Beauty Look #4 Summer Evening Glowy Look

I recently picked up the Dior Glow Maximizer Light Boosting Primer. This is a pink toned pearlized  liquid with a gold iridescent glow through it. There's no shimmer in it, instead it just leaves a golden sheen on the skin. Link!
I mix half a pump of this with 2 pumps of the YSL Le Teinte Touche Eclait foundation Link! The foundation alone leaves a lovely dewy finish on the skin, it is light weight yet provides good coverage. I only mixed a very small amount of the Glow Maximizer with it - mixing these together leaves my skin looking dewy and glowing.
I then applied Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer in no.3 under my eyes - with my finger to cover the dark circles. I find this shade is a little too pale for me, making it perfect to brighten up my under-eye area.
I then lightly dusted Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light Link! all over my face. This is a very light very finely milled setting powder, it leaves a lovely sheen on the skin. After this, I applied Dior Nude Tan bronzer  on my cheekbones, temples and across my forehead to warm up the look. This bronzer has tiny glitter particles running through it, It's perfect for that sunkissed look. (The compact pictured above was LE, however the bronzer is available on its own) Link!. I then applied the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Radiant Magenta Link! along my cheekbones, This blush is a mixture of the setting powder with a deep pink colour through it. It has excellent pigmentation, however if applied lightly to the skin, it gives a sheer wash of colour or can be layered up for a more intense look. For this look I applied the blush lightly for a sheer wash of colour. This blush again leaves a gorgeous glow on the skin.
For my eyes, firstly I applied Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Primer, - I then applied Makeup Geek Vanilla Bean Link! all over the lid. I applied a mixture of  Creme Brulee Link! and Purely Naked Link! into the crease, and along the lower lash line. I also used Shimma Shimma Link! as a highlight on the browbone. I then applied MACs Blondes Gold loose pigment (only available in the US) on the lid from the lashline to the crease (but not into the crease).
I then applied Nars Larger Than Life Eyeliner Link! to my upper last liner from the middle to the outer edge of my eye. I ran Anastasia Brow Whiz in Brunette through my eyebrows Link!, this is a dark cool toned brown shade, it has a mechanical pencil on one end a spoolie on the other. And lastly for my eyes I applied one coat of my Dior Show Black Out mascara Link! to my bottom and top lashes. This is my all time favourite mascara - it provides length as well as lots of volume the only down side to it is that it is quite hard to remove.
And finally I apply MAC Girl About Town amplified lipstick Link! to finish the look.

    1. Thank you so much Stacey, I really like the primer as a highlighter, however I think it's too intense to wear all over the face as a primer. I like to either mix a small amount in with my foundation, or else I apply it to the high points of my face before foundation. I'm obsessed with the YSL foundation at the moment! x
