These are the latest offering from Clinique. They are part of their Spring 2014 collection. There are four powder blushers in this collection they're €18.50 each. Link! They have a daisy motif embossed on them, and I love their acrylic packaging. from their bright colours, their design and packaging they have a lovely spring/summer feel to them.
I bought two of them. The ones I didn't get were Ginger Pop, I swatched this in Boots and it looked like a warm tan shade. The other is Plum Pop which I also swatched at the counter - it was a blue toned lilac pink shade.
I thought I'd get more wear out of the other two which were Berry Pop - this is a cool toned bright pink blush and Peach Pop - which is a warm toned peach. These are smooth, blendable, pigmented long lasting blushers (they last 8 hours with little to no fading). There is no shimmer in them. They have a satin finish, which leaves a gorgeous sheen on the skin. They have a soft texture but are in no way powdery. These blushers are so smooth they almost feel like a cream blush. When I first put my brush in the blusher it didn't disturb any of the powder. I thought the brush hadn't pick up any product, however I was wrong - there was plenty on the brush and it applied smoothly and evenly.
They are very pigmented and so can be worn as a bold pop of colour, or else they can be easily blended out for a sheerer softer look.
I have nothing bad to say about them I love the colours, texture, lasting power and the finish of these blushers! As far as I know these are limited edition so I'd get them while you can!

I love being able to easily the colours of these blushes & how compact they are!
DeleteVery cute colors! I haven't had to change out my blush for years, but Clinique has always been what I've used. I love the designs they have on them all! I've always thought mine was quite cute, but these flowers are adorable! I love both of the shades, too. Peach pop would probably look best on me, though.
ReplyDeleteI tend to use Peach pop a little more them Berry pop but I do love them both. I think they're well worth it.
DeleteI keep putting these in my online basket and then taking them out again because, do I really need another blush? I bet I end up getting them though ... they look gorgeous!!

DeleteHi Leona, love your blog, great articles.
ReplyDeleteI really like clinique products, they seem to always work so well with my skin. I've never actually owned a blush before, my skin has quite pink tones so I've aways stayed away, but having some blush in just the right places would be nice. Maybe I'll give this a try, I like the peach pop colour.

Thanks Emily,I use the Peach Pop most often. Once you even your skin out with a base, you should be able to wear blush no problem. I tend to wear blush along my cheekbone rather then the apples of my cheeks. x
DeleteAh man, these are gorgeous! I need the peachier one
