Tarte Cosmetics Review

I have had the Tarte blushers for years while I picked up Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara on a recent trip to Vegas. I had heard some wonderful things about it! When I heard that Tarte were launching on QVCUK I was very excited, as they deliver to Ireland & up to now the brand was only available in the US. Tarte is launching on QVCUK 28th March.
All of Tarte's products are paraben, mineral oil, petolatum, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, gluten, triclosan, synthetic fragrance and cruelty free!!
I picked my blushers up from Sephora, I have four shades- Exposed, Dollface, Blissful and Glisten. I have found that the texture of these are not as soft as blushers from other brands. When I initially felt the texture of these I was afraid that they might not apply evenly. However all of these blushers have excellent colour payoff, they do go on evenly and are very long wearing. I would advise applying these with a light hand as they are also very pigmented.
These blushers are marketed as 12 hour amazonian clay blushers, The clay in these is said to help the lasting power and also to make the pigment in these more vibrant. I don't know about them lasting 12 hours, but they are very long lasting (approximately 8 hours without fading)  .

Exposed: This is a nude matte shade. I use this as a contour blush, I place it underneath my cheekbones towards the back. The reason I like this blush so much as a contour shade is that it's got a slightly grey tone to it which is perfect as it helps to create the illusion of shadows under the cheekbones.
Exposed

Blissful- This is a matte peachy coral blush - I love it! I place this shade along my cheekbones, it's perfect for spring/summer.
Blissful

Dollface - This is another matte shade it is a pale blue toned pink. Perfect for summer. I like to wear this blush with a smokey eye.
DollFace

Glisten- This is peach shade with gold shimmer running through it. Again I apply this along my cheekbones. There is definitely no need for highlighter when you're wearing this blush; I think this is a perfect summer shade. In particular I would suggest applying this particular shade with a light hand as it is very easy to over do it. If you do apply too much, I have found that you can just tone it down with whatever setting powder you are using.

This Lights,Camera, Lashes 4 in 1 mascara is said to be lengthening, volumising, curling and conditioning! It is a vegan mascara infused with ingredients to help condition the lashes. I have been trying this mascara for about three weeks, Unfortunately, I found this mascara hard to work with. My lashes were clumpy and spider-like.  I also found that this mascara flaked off a little throughout the day. However In saying this I felt that my lashes definitely looked longer, and I also love how dark this mascara is (it was so dark I felt the whites of my eyes looked brighter). However I won't be repurchasing this mascara as I found the formula too difficult to work with.

Although I didn't like the mascara, I love the blushers & would recommend them to anyone.
I believe the blushers are going to be £26.50 and the Mascara is to be £14 they will be available here Link! from 28th March.

Please note none of the links are affiliate links and I purchased all the products mentioned.
I hope you found this review useful!
