Beauty Look #3

Firstly I applied Clarins Extra Comfort Foundation with SPF 15 Link! This is a a full coverage foundation perfect for dry skin. It is marketed as an anti-aging foundation, I don't know if it is anti-aging or not! However it has excellent lasting power and is not drying on the skin - apparently there is argan oil infused in this foundation and this may be why it's not drying and doesn't look cakey. I have dry skin and find that this foundation leaves it with a satin slightly dewy finish. I applied it with a Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.
I then applied Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer in No3 under my eyes. It covers up my dark circles, doesn't look cakey and isn't drying under the eyes. I also find this shade brightens my under eye area. I applied and blended this with my fingers.
I then very lightly dusted  MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural in Medium Link all over the face with my Sigma F30.
For blush I applied Tarte Blissful (available from QVCUK from 28th March) with my Sigma F40 brush along my cheekbones. This blush is a matte peachy coral colour it goes on evenly and is long lasting.

For eyes I used My Makeup Geek shadows- I lightly dusted Vanilla Bean Link! all over the eye (Sigma E70), I then applied Creme Brulee Link! and Frappe Link! in the crease (MAC 222). I then placed Cocoa Bear Link! (Sigma E36) in the outer corner. I also used  Shimma Shimma Link! in the inner corner and as a highlight on the brow bone (Sigma E30) and finally I applied Corrupt Link! along the upper lash line with a MAC 266 brush.
I then used Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara- Link! This mascara has a very dry formula. I'm usually a fan of a mascara with a dry formula - however, I found that because this is so dry it was nearly impossible to apply more than one coat to the lashes. The mascara does however separate, lengthen and provide a decent amount of volume. I already have quite long eyelashes naturally. I do like this mascara, however it is not my favourite.
Finally for my eyes I used Anastasia Brow Wiz in Brunette- Link! to lightly fill in the gaps in my brows. This is a double ended fine tipped eyebrow pencil - It has a mechanical pencil on one end and a spoolie on the other.

To finish the look I applied Revlon Colourstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick in Womenswear - Link! When this is first applied to the lips it has a satin finish and feels moisturising and applies evenly (you can rub your lips together). After a few minutes the lipstick dries down to a matte finish  (you can no longer rub your lips together). This lipstick is extremely long lasting.  I have applied it in the early evening and it was still on my lips the next morning!
